It is completely processed by our company's formula modified plastic (LLPE, HDPE) materials. From the plastic storage tank body to the feed inlet, outlet, liquid level outlet, manhole, flange, etc., it is an integral one-step molding without welding joints. Therefore, the plastic storage tank also has the characteristics of no welding joints, no leakage, light weight, anti-aging, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, long life, and compliance with health standards. The price of plastic storage tank is lower than that of stainless steel storage tank, ordinary glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank, polypropylene storage tank, and PVC storage tank. Under natural conditions, the service life of the plastic storage tank is longer, easy to use, and the price is good.
We specialize in the production of plastic storage tanks for chemical purposes and are one of the few companies in the domestic rotational plastic storage tank industry with nearly 20 years of experience in the production of rotational plastic storage tanks and steel lined plastic storage tanks. We have an annual production capacity of 50000 plastic storage tank containers (at full capacity).
Plastic storage tanks are subject to varying levels of sun exposure due to different regions and environments in which they are used. It is much better to put the plastic storage tank indoors if conditions permit, but if the plastic storage tank is put outdoors for use, it is better to make a sunshade to prolong the service life of the storage tank, or brush a layer of light color ordinary paint on the surface of the storage tank every year, which can reduce heat absorption and resist ultraviolet rays, and improve the anti-aging ability of the plastic storage tank.
